Justin the owner is very good to work with and professional. The employee Mike that did the painting was also very professional and kept a clean work area. I would rehire in the future.

We are delighted with the job Black Pearl did painting the exterior of our house. It was so old and tired looking before. I swear it looked thirsty. When Justin gave us our quote, he emphasized that he would rather use more paint than not to be sure the coverage was good. That was one of the reasons we chose them. Our house looks so much better now! The coverage was fantastic, and the crew was professional, efficient, and tidy. We will definitely reach out to Black Pearl for any future painting projects.

Black Pearl did an excellent job on our home and boat house on Lake Tapps. The paint work is far better than the paint job done 8 years ago by another company. Rather than just painting they took the time and effort to find locations of failed wood after 40 years to extend the life of our home and boat house.

The before-and-afters tell the story better than I ever could. These guys are incredible. I’ve never had a better experience with a contractor, period. The entire team was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. It felt like having a crew of foreman-level painters working on our home every day. What really stood out was their integrity. They didn’t collect a penny until the job was completed and we were 100% satisfied. That’s almost unheard of these days. The final walkthrough was almost laughable because they’re such perfectionists. We couldn’t find a single thing that needed attention, even a month later. They also finished ahead of schedule and worked Saturdays to keep things moving. I truly can’t say enough good things about Black Pearl Painters. If you’re looking for painters, hire them. Our family recently had Black Pearl Painters come out to our home to do a full exterior painting, and a re paint the master bedroom. We were super pleased with the professionalism of their crews and having a dedicated project manager to ensure the process was smooth. Overall highly recommend them to anyone located in the greater Maple Valley area!

I live in bonney lake, off Lake Tapps, and we had Black Pearl Painters, come and paint the exterior of our house. I will say, the customer service, Justin (owner) is absolutely outstanding, and all of his painters we had were phenomenal. I highly recommend this company for any painting jobs!!!!!

Our community has been working with Black Pearl and owner Justin for the past 7 years to paint all of our 50+ buildings. Their carpentry repairs and painting prep are top-notch. The resultant paint job is so good - we get compliments all the time from residents, and most importantly, lasts a long time because they make sure the job is done right. This saves our community money because we can go longer between paint cycles. They are honest and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. If there are issues, they are resolved quickly. Oh and they do fences too! We had them re-build and stain a long perimeter fence, and couldn't be happier with the results.
